What is Aqua Zumba?

A water-based workout that combines Zumba with traditional water fitness exercises. It is a low-impact, high-energy cardio and strength training class that’s suitable for all skill levels.

Classes typically include fast and slow rhythms, resistance training, exaggerated dance moves, and large muscle movements. They incorporate a variety of world dance styles, including salsa, mambo, cha-cha-cha, and samba.

Aqua Zumba is good for toning muscles and increasing blood circulation while being easier on the joint compared to land-based Zumba.
