The Gathering Room at the Amenity Center is where the Marshall Creek Community Development District holds its meetings.  Many of the Property Owners Associations hold their meetings here as well.  The Marshall Creek Clubs utilize this room for activities and gatherings and community talks, crafts, and events also take place here.  Visit our calendar for a listing of meetings, activities, and events.

Patrons are free to use this room as a place to study, relax, or just to visit when meetings, clubs, or private rentals are not in session.

The Gathering Room is available for private rental by patrons for private events such as birthday parties, showers, group dinners, etc.  Rental of the room includes access to the adjacent kitchen facility.  For information on Gathering Room rental reservations click here.
